Develop core management skills used in American organizations, and expand your understanding of branding, marketing, technology trends, and cultural diversity. A required professional-development course helps you build the confidence, communication skills, and industry awareness needed for the internship you’ll complete in your third quarter. Throughout the program, you’ll engage with real-world case studies and participate in site visits to Southern California companies and organizations, providing you with firsthand insight into industry expectations. You’ll then practice what you’ve learned by being placed with an engineering company aligned with your field to complete your internship.

Who Can Attend
- Students who hold Bachelor's degrees in Engineering and wish to concentrate or expand their knowledge in the field
- Students who are enrolled in a Master's in Engineering at their home institution
- Professionals who have several years of work experience
- Minimum Age Requirement for Admission to an On-Campus International Program: You must be at least 18 years of age on the first day of your program to be admitted to one of our on-campus (face-to-face) international programs. Special exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis for students who are verified to be turning 18 in the first quarter of their program.
Admission Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or equivalent combination of academic training and experience)
- International applicants are required to demonstrate English language fluency and must attain minimum scores of TOEFL PBT 550, iBT 80, IELTS 6.5, Duolingo English Test 100; or the equivalent
- No GMAT or management experience required
You will be asked to create an account and provide a valid email address, mailing address, and other personal details. Collect any required documents so that you are prepared to upload them.
Supporting Documents
- Agency/embassy/partner university information (only required if you have one)
- Copy of your passport photo page
- Statement of Financial Support Form (only if your program requires an F-1 (student) visa)
- Financial statement from the Bank, in English (only if your program requires an F-1 (student) visa)
- If you are applying as an F-1 transfer student from another U.S. institution, you must submit copies of your current I-20 form, I-94 form, and F-1 visa. If you are accepted, your acceptance letter will provide further instructions on completing your transfer.
