For directions see <a href=\"\/visit\/#visit-hours\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Is food and drink permitted in the museum and\/or screening room?<\/strong><br \/>\nNo. Please finish food and drink before entering. There is outdoor seating on the pedestrian mall outside our main entrance where you can finish your food and drink before enjoying your time in the museum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are backpacks, large shopping bags, skateboards, large toys, or other large objects allowed in the museum?<\/strong><br \/>\nNo. This is for the safety of our visitors and artworks. All visitors are still required to check in with staff at the admissions desk. Display your mobile ticket or confirm your order directly with staff.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are children required to have tickets to enter?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes. Everyone ages 4 and up must have a ticket to enter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Can I buy tickets in person instead of online?<\/strong><br \/>\nYes. You may purchase advance tickets at the Admissions Desk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Do I need a ticket for free events?<\/strong><br \/>\nPlease check the event\u2019s page for specific ticketing requirements. On occasion, we feature free film screenings as part of various public program series, however, most film screenings require paid admission. Early arrival is recommended. Please note: All visitors are required to check in with staff at the admissions desk before entering the galleries whether a free or paid ticket is required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Are tickets refundable?<\/strong><br \/>\nTickets are nonrefundable, but can be exchanged once with no fees, up to 2 hours prior to the event.
