Staff and Faculty,

Gone are the days when a physical paper stub was the only option. The University of California today offers a convenient way to View Your Paycheck via UCPath Online.

After a successful UCPath Online rollout, we want to remind you of how to access your Paychecks in UCPath Online:

Start by visiting ucpath.universityofcalifornia.edu
On the Menu, Select Income & Taxes
Under Payroll Information, Select Paychecks
Attention: to view more than the last five Paychecks, click the filter icon (top left-stacked lines), select the dates to display Paychecks.

For step-by-step instructions, view our View Your Paycheck job aid, or watch our View your Paycheck microlearning video.

Please note: the microlearning video is hosted on the Yuja platform which will require netID authentication to view.

Dear Colleagues,

UCPath has launched a redesigned online experience. The UCR UCPath Campus Support Center team has prepared resources and will provide training, support, and change management for this implementation. Here’s what you need to know:

When will this change happen:

The new UCPath online experience launched today, Monday, July 14th.

What is the change:

Users will see a modernized interface with improved and intuitive navigation
Menu navigation shifts from the left-hand side to a new top-level menu
The new layout offers improved functionality across desktop and mobile devices
A new section that supports multiple alert messages
Employees will see grouped tiles for Pay, Benefits and Personal Information
The new Manager Hub provides a centralized view for managers to access team information quickly
Transactors will access a new Transactor Hub, consolidating their tools in one place

What is not changing:

There is no change to how users log in to UCPath. Users will continue to access the system through https://ucpath.universityofcalifornia.edu.

How this change affects YOU:

Browser bookmarked links to specific UCPath pages will no longer work. All users should plan to navigate using the updated menu structure where you can add new browser bookmarks.

How to prepare for the changes:

Post Go-Live:

Open to all employees and managers/supervisors, UCR UCPath Campus Support Center is hosting an Open House via Zoom on Friday July 18th from 10:00am-11:30am. This open house is a drop-in session for questions, where we will also provide demos and walk throughs of the new online UCPath experience. Please register here

Launching July 14, 2025, UCPath Online will introduce an intuitive, refreshing interface for you to quickly access your paycheck, benefits, leave balances, and much more!

What's coming:

Users will see a modernized interface with improved and intuitive navigation
Menu navigation shifts from the left-hand side to a new top-level menu
