What is the Science to Policy Program at UCR?  The Science to Policy Program (S2P) is administered within the UCR School of Public Policy. Its mission is to prepare graduate students to be trusted voices who can connect science to real community and policy decisions. Through its certification course and fellowships, the Science to Policy Program gives UCR graduate students hands-on experience working with policy experts and public leaders, helping them turn research into clear, practical insights that inform policy, strengthen communities, and improve lives.
