Free EventKick Cycle fuses indoor cycling with kickboxing elements for an energizing, full-body workout. Learn basic punches, blocks, and kickboxing fundamentals while building strength, coordination, and cardio endurance. Registration is required and strictly enfored. REGISTRATION & CHECK-IN POLICY: Registration is limited to 14 participants and opens five days prior to the selected class date. If you are unable to attend the class, please cancel your registration to provide other patrons an opportunity to attend. Registered patrons must be present at the start of the class to maintain their registration status. If a registered patron arrives late, they will forfeit their spot in the class and must wait in the walk-in/standby line. Walk-in entry from the standby line is subject to class capacity and will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Walk-in entry is not guaranteed.
ETIQUETTE: To ensure a positive and respectful environment during group fitness classes, patrons are encouraged to arrive early. Please limit phone use during class to avoid distractions for yourself and others. Lastly, please be respectful, courteous, and mindful of instructors, staff, and fellow participants to maintain a focused and enjoyable environment for all.
