DESCRIPTION

In this talk, Dr. Rodrigo Sigal presents a range of creative and technical strategies for

composing electroacoustic music, with a focus on mixed and acousmatic formats. Drawing on

his experience as director of CMMAS, he will demonstrate methods for shaping timbre,

structuring processes, and articulating sound in space. Through musical examples and visual

tools, the presentation will explore how technology becomes an integral partner in the

compositional act.
