USC College Advising Corps: 

If you are interested in a future in academia or student affairs, this program is the perfect place to start a career in higher education advising. You will be trained to serve as a full-time College Adviser in high schools, helping first-generation and low-income students navigate the path to university—a critical role in closing the educational equity gap.
