In studio, she works with a variety of tools and processes in and around the conventions of painting. Currently, she is working with glass as support and surface that produce a range of perceptual effects. Distinct from the speed of technological space of contemporary life, her paintings unfold slowly as a singular and immersive experience. In her site projects, Min considers the function and conditions of the existing architecture to propose new spatial experiences that modulate physical movement and actual time. Often these projects involve fabrication techniques and materials that are outside her studio production.
